Land Use Learning Center presents: Project WET for students

Free Event: Hands-on water education workshop at their Land Use Learning Center on Saturday, September 28th (9am-3pm).

This workshop will be an experiential, interdisciplinary exploration of Project WET activities that will engage students in the study of water resources and science - while reinforcing STEM concepts and skills straight out of Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards.

Participants will experience proven, constructivist designed activities to engage students at multiple grade levels and a copy of the new Project WET Foundations of Water Education Guide.

Immerse yourself in the artistry, history, and power of Black comics at CAAMCon 2024, CAAM’s second annual festival of Black comics. Join us for family activities, a marketplace of Black-owned comic vendors, panels with some of the top creatives in the field, food trucks, and more!
